What is the current equivalent to a Leadtek Winfast A280LE 128mb? That's an NVIDIA GeForce 4 TI4200, if the user is happy with what they want to use it for, then I'd just get another off eBay. It's not a DirectX 9 card though, so the NVIDIA GeForce FX 5700 is probably the most similar powered recent card.

Have I the right to demand that a replacement is new? Surely this reduces the value of my card, should I want to sell it on (no manual, no original box or leads).
